First IMS board meeting and Members meeting

FIRST MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Board of Directors vote on different positions (VP, Secretary, Treasurer, etc….)
Results will be presented to IMS members immediately while they are still present at the ICOM business meeting (could be integrated into program).
IMS MEMBERS MEETING (at end of or integrated into ICOM business meeting)
Present results of the Board of Directors meeting above.
Resolution could pass to officially accept proposals for STANDING COMMITTEES (SC) and appoint them if they are defined at this time.
EXECUTIVE (EC) (if necessary)
PLANNING & DEVELOPMENT (PDC)
Officially identify the members who will constitute the PD (minimum 5 members)
Suggestions (upon confirmation of membership): André Fortin, Yolande Dalpé, Peter Moutoglis, Bob Augé, Mike Allen, etc.
LOCAL INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE COMMITTEE (LIC) (minimum 5 members)
Officially identify the individual and team members (if known) responsible for organizing next ICOM (upon confirmation of membership)
AWARDS COMMITTEE (AC) (minimum 5 members)
Officially identify the members who will constitute the AC
Suggestions (upon confirmation of membership): Sally Smith, André Fortin, Shannon Birch, François Le Tacon, Alok Adholeya, Conchi Azcon-Aguilar, etc.
POLICY COMMITTEE (PC) (minimum 5 members)
Officially identify the members who will constitute the PC
Suggestions (upon confirmation of membership): André Fortin, Yolande Dalpé, Peter Moutoglis, Mike Allen, Bob Augé, etc.
MYCORRHIZAL COMMERCIAL RELATIONS COMMITTEE (MCRC) (minimum 5 members)
Officially identify the members who will constitute the MCRC
Suggestions (upon confirmation of membership): Peter Moutoglis, Sylvio Gianinazzi, Bachar Blal, Miroslav Vosatka, Alok Adholeya, etc.
