How to join

The membership fees, indicated below and on the membership form, are in US dollars (USD$) and include all applicable taxes. Credit card payment will, however, be processed in Canadian dollars ($CAD).   • Individual Members - 50$USD per year
  • Student Member - 25$USD per year
  • Corporate Member - 250$USD per year
  • Lifetime Member - 500$USD (once)
